Everybody wants to have not only quality products on their houses, but installation of that products to be professional. I knew that there are problems with windows often – whether with exact products, which is preceded by bad measurement, but mainly at installation. I was deciding between 2 companies. In first company, sales agent presented me their products so informations of products were something like: when asked what is underpinning of products touching the ground manufactured from, the answer was “from special material”. So as a customer i wanted to know every detail, and this answer wasn’t enough but discouraged me from that product.
In Makrowin i’ve met with Mr. Kroupa, who is not only salesman, but he knows his way around the all windows so right away he can answer the questions by which you want to secure that windows will be as you imagined. Mr. Kroupa’s attitude to customer is excellent, the motto “our customer is our boss” is rarely true nowadays, but here it is. From the first moment when we entered the sample room, where they have got all the products, we felt very pleasant. We liked how we carefully gone through. When we came to LS door and he showed us how to take away and assembles again Nobarrier net, so we looked at him how he grabs it and isn’t afraid of breaking it. Of course he wasn’t afraid, knowing the quality in which it is made.

First meeting lasted 4 hours. I will never forget what my wife told me before meeting: “After all, we just choose the colour.” After 4 hours we didn’t choose any colour!
Between that meeting and meeting where they messure windows, followed by many phone calls, which weren’t related only to installation and windows. It was about how to seal and insulate the house, so on every concrete was XPS, also above the windows too because of shading and so on.
During the measurement, everything went how it supposed to, followed by drawing of the windows, which i don’t believe i would get from any other company. This drawing helps me to this day with specification of external shading. This action was followed by manufacturing products which took about 6-7 months after our first meeting we saw our windows.
That design and quality of windows – can’t be described, perfect windows. 6 men came to building and they knew what to do exactly. That work had head and a heel. If there were some irregularities, they called me from the building and we agreed to things that i was satisfied with. It wasn’t work that they wanted to make it easy for themselves, but they have done it how i wanted.
Makrowin is company, that i recommend to everybody. Although the price may seem to be high, it definitely corresponds to quality and attitude. Whether from sales department or the installers themeselves, who do not to do hourly, but work as you won’t see somewhere else. At the same time, it should be remembered that the communication with Mr. Kroupa is not only about the windows, but about other things on the building (insulation, blinds, sealants, bathroom …).
