MAKROWIN 88G2

This new developed window /or the frame of the window/ Makrowin88G2 was rated in the PHI in Darmstadt and after all tests this window was given a certificate of quality. This kind of Certificate is given only for the top quality products and in Eastern Europe there is only a few holders of it.

For the passive house there is stimulated need of heat 15 kWh/m² per year. The needs laid on the Windows for the implementation into this kind of houses are according to the PHI in Darmstadt very strict. The loss of heat of top quality passive house is about 1,4 to 1,6 kW. It is so small loss, that for the comfortable warm ambiance there is a need to recuperate the air and to heat up the air in the process of recuperation for example with the electronic spiral or with integrated storage of heat. Temperature of such heated air is less than 40 grad of Celsius.

While the outside temperature is low, a person is very sensitive to the most cool objects they are around him.

The frame of the window is in the wall of the passive house the element with the lowest surface temperature that is why it has to meet very strict criterion. These criterion are very hard to reach and the fulfillment of them needs a long term development and experience.

MAKROWIN 88

It is evident, that the temperature of air in room does not correspond to the “room” temperature which the man feels. At low temperature of window surface and glaze the temperature of air has to be higher in order to get corresponded feeling of warm. Wooden windows MAKROWIN can be glazed with insulated triple pane glazing Ug=0,6 W/(m²K).

The priorities of windows MAKROWIN 88:

• Rounded edges Soft Line.
• Diagonal edge has angle 20 degrees – better water outflow.
• Glazing board is fixed at using of insulating triple pane glass, so no air space between board and sash comes to existence. Special shape of glazing board prevents its bending.
• Sinking of insulating glass in sash: our solution sinks the glass more deep into the sash. This is very important at using of double pane glass, because it interrupts the cold bridge and it prevent from steaming of insulating glasses.
• New type of aluminium weatherboard Gutmann SPREE, modern design and improved heat regime of window.
• Surface treatment ADLER.
• There are used high quality screws ASSY and ASSY plus in crucial point as the window hardware is under the operation.
• Window hardware Siegenia – Aubi: the best projected window lift (bottom edge of window). In the outfit of windows MAKROWIN 78 there is basic safety of hardware, it means one safety point as a standard. In case of interest the increased there can be additional paid increased safety.
• Off-axial centering of hardware groove at windows MAKROWIN 88 is 13 mm. It increases burglar safety – mainly at two sash windows (with no muntin).

MAKROWIN 78

Our windows MAKROWIN 78 are produced of high quality and steady materials, they are equipped with good hardware and hinge, they can fit to your building as for measure and color aspect.

MAKROWIN 68

Our company has finished the production of wooden windows of thickness 68 mm since 1st of June. 2006. This product is fully substituted by wooden windows MAKROWIN 78.

Why have we finished production of windows of thickness 68 mm?

Profile of thickness 68 mm is morally obliterated and does not fit to the request for today´s windows:

• It does not attend enough surface temperature to prevent the condensation on the room surface of slot construction /outside temperature -15 C, temperature in room 20 C, relative humidity in room 50%/. In standard profile the glazing brand does not cover inside frame or it covers it about 1-2 mm only, what causes decreasing of surface temperature on the brim of glazing with aftereffect of condensing of vapor on the brim of glazing.
• Profile of thickness 68 mm is not suitable for glazing of triple pane glass with sufficient thickness of glazing. In to the standard profile it is not possible to set in insulating glass which has air space between the glass layers 12-16 mm but it is used the triple pane glass with air space between the glass layers 8-10 mm. If this kind of glass is set in, it is needed to adjust the glazing board, which is overburden through this adjustment.
